EMERGENCY provides free, high quality healthcare to victims of war, poverty and landmines. Since 1994, they have treated 11 million people in 18 countries. Their projects include the construction, support and operation of hospitals as well as professional training for local medical staff. American Red Cross

The American Red Cross is a volunteer-led humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, and emergency preparedness education to the United States and around the world. Their organization focuses on vital services such as collecting and distributing life-saving blood donations, monetary donations to provide relief for those affected by disasters, and trained volunteers ready to provide aid in times of crisis. Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders is an independent, global movement providing lifesaving medical care in over 70 countries. Their commitment to impartiality and neutrality allows them to respond quickly to emergency situations where many other organizations can’t or won’t. As medical first responders, they provide care where it is needed most, including those affected by endemic disease and environmental disasters, as well as refugees forcibly displaced from their homes due to war, terrorism and gang violence. Share Our Strength’s mission is to end hunger and poverty in the US and abroad. They aim to do so through their No Kid Hungry and Cooking Matters campaigns. No Kid Hungry helps schools provide breakfast, afterschool and summer meals to children who need them. Cooking Matters helps low-income families learn to shop and cook healthy meals. The organization is backed by a movement of lawmakers, CEO’s, teachers and community leaders, with a shared belief that every individual should have access to the nutrition required to build a healthy and productive life. one love one lunch

An affiliated group of Socii®, One Love One Lunch consists of a couple dozen caring friends who gather to prepare and serve hot meals to the homeless community in Madison, Wisconsin.
